My Journey
Having lived and worked in international environments for decades, and being fully bilingual in English and French, I bring a deep understanding of the United Nations system, global humanitarian work, and the realities of navigating complex multicultural settings.
My years within the UN and international life have shaped my perspective on leadership, resilience, career adaptability, and personal growth in an ever-changing world.
This global outlook profoundly informs my coaching practice today. It enables me to support individuals, students, and families from diverse backgrounds in reaching their full potential, whether they are making important career decisions, preparing for academic or professional transitions, or seeking greater harmony and clarity in family life.
I have seen firsthand that clear communication, trust, and emotional awareness are essential to navigating change. These early lessons remain at the heart of my work, especially when helping families prevent conflict, anticipate challenges, and move forward with confidence and respect.
I began my professional journey in the humanitarian sector in Africa, where I worked for nearly 20 years in leadership, coordination, and international service. While raising my four children, I transitioned into coaching and became a certified Professional Coach in 2017. Since then, I have dedicated my life to empowering individuals through personal development, leadership training, and career coaching.
More recently, my own journey through perimenopause and menopause has added a deeply personal and transformative dimension to my coaching practice. Experiencing firsthand the physical, emotional, cognitive, and lifestyle changes that can accompany this stage of life led me to become increasingly proactive in understanding the science of menopause, hormonal health, and healthy aging.
Through extensive learning, lifestyle adjustments, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), nutrition, exercise, stress management, and other evidence-based approaches, I discovered the importance of taking an informed and holistic approach to managing symptoms and preserving long-term well-being. This experience inspired me to become a Certified Menopause Coach so that I can better support others navigating similar transitions with knowledge, compassion, and practical strategies.
As a Career Coach, I help students, young adults, and mid-career professionals identify their strengths, clarify their goals, build confidence, prepare for interviews, develop impactful CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and navigate important career transitions. I am passionate about guiding others toward choices that align with their values, purpose, and long-term aspirations.
As a mother of four, I understand the challenges of balancing adolescence, early adulthood, personal growth, family well-being, and the evolving transitions that life brings. My holistic approach allows me to offer a broad range of services designed to boost confidence, strengthen emotional resilience, support educational and professional pathways, and help individuals and families thrive through life’s major transitions.
In today’s digital age, managing screen time and social media use has become a critical concern for many families. More than a decade ago, I partnered with my children’s school to develop and implement a policy limiting cell phone use during school hours, improving focus and engagement. Building on this experience, I now provide guidance to parents and teens on healthier digital habits, improved communication, and stronger family dynamics.
I also developed and launched a Teen Leadership Program, working directly with schools to help students build self-awareness, refine their leadership identity, develop communication skills, and collaborate effectively with peers. This programme equips young people with the mindset and tools to become confident, thoughtful leaders — both in school and beyond.
Today, I continue to assist individuals and families in fostering connection, clarity, resilience, and harmony across generations, while also supporting students and professionals in building the skills they need to succeed in an increasingly competitive and fast-evolving world.

WHY I’M QUALIFIED
I am a certified professional coach with a track record of helping individuals, families, students, parents, and professionals navigate complex transitions and create meaningful, positive change in their lives. With more than a decade of coaching experience, an international humanitarian background, and years of working in multicultural environments, I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding to my coaching practice.
As a parent of four teenagers and young adults, I deeply understand the challenges that arise at different stages of life — from adolescence and academic pressure to career uncertainty, parenting challenges, personal reinvention, and midlife transitions.
My own personal journey through perimenopause and menopause has also profoundly shaped my perspective and coaching approach. Experiencing firsthand the emotional, physical, and cognitive changes that can accompany this stage of life inspired me to proactively study the science of menopause, hormonal health, healthy aging, and evidence-based approaches to well-being. Through hormone replacement therapy (HRT), lifestyle changes, nutrition, exercise, stress management, and ongoing learning, I gained practical tools that helped me better manage symptoms and maintain balance and vitality. This experience ultimately led me to become a Certified Menopause Coach, allowing me to support others with both professional training and lived experience.
